Buffalo Chicken Flatbread

The tender chunks of chicken, a sauce that gives a nice kick, and a lot of cheese covering the bread give you a golden ticket for a succulent dinner.

Prep time: 5 minutes, Cook time: 30 minutes; Serves: 6

Ingredients

6 mini pita bread

1-1/2 cups buffalo sauce

4 cups chicken breasts, cooked and cubed

3 cups mozzarella cheese

Blue cheese for drizzling

Preparation Method

1. Preheat the wood pellet grill to 375-400°F.

2. Place the breads on a flat surface and evenly spread sauce over all of them.

3. In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken with the remaining buffalo sauce and place them on the pita breads.

4. Top with cheese then place the breads on the grill but indirectly from the heat. Closs the grill lid.

5. Cook for 7 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the edges are toasty.

6. Remove from grill and drizzle with blue cheese. Serve and enjoy.
